I watched Memoirs of a Geisha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeahh!! Finally!!

I've read the book long time ago in my teenage years and im always visualizing how the whole thing really looks like...

Was so excited ever since late last year when i got to know its going to be made into a movie..

SO WOWWW!!! the kimonos so the very nice... very nice..

And the way they walked.. so the very demure.. very lady like.. Very!!

I know i know not like me.. Im trying ok.. sheeshz..

Ive always visualize how the Chairman would look like and how mameha-oneisan would look like..

Hee... i know they're not the same person in reality..

But just seeing all those characters came to life exactly like that from the book felt so so so GOOD!!

But i was so disappointed that the part where Sayuri's misuake (or was it misuage hmmph..??) which was given to Dr Crab was cut.. I mean the action where his eel went into her cave..

I remembered vividly..in the book.. the writer described explicitly what happened.

Dr crab sent his eels into the cave .. opps.. i mean eel.. huehue.. then there was blood on the white cloth.. Then after his eel's out.. He scrape something and kept the cloth..

That time when i read it.. terasa seh.. but the movie didnt show that.. It showed Dr Crab laying the white cloth on the mat and then he came on top of Sayuri and CUTTT!!

Haiyah.. so disappointing... and they didnt really show how Sayuri went through all the classes.. that should be the most funny part.

So the verdict:

Those who've read the novel "Memoirs of a Geisha" would appreciate it alot.. but to those who didnt.. would find the movie long and boring.. Its a 2 hours 30mins show..

Hmmph.. but it's all worth my money..

Thanks sayang for accompanying me to watch the show.. and to actually read the novel beforehand.. I know you hate reading novels...
